Life, health, happiness, yoga, style, travel, sunshine and endless possibilities…
If there’s one thing I love about Sweaty Betty, it’s that they consistently hit the nail on the head when it comes to beautifully designed active wear, which is flattering, comfortable, functional and simply gorgeous. The current Sweaty Betty collection available online and in stores is full of bold colours, tropical prints, contrasting fabrics and summer vibes, which make you want to wear them even when you’re not exercising!
My latest three Sweaty Betty items are the Avesha Vest, Yama Yoga Bra and Urdhva Reversible Yoga Leggings. So far I have worn them to yoga, Pilates, the gym, walking around the park, lunch with friends, the hairdressers and on a photo shoot with Buxton Water no less! They are that versatile!
Avesha Yoga Vest (£55) in ecru
This lightweight yoga vest is crafted from a soft linen blend that is easy to layer and feels great against bare skin. The low back is accentuated with a Rio-inspired racer strap and the curved hem creates extremely flattering shape when worn with yoga leggings.
Yama Yoga Bra (£55) in carnival yellow
This ultra-feminine bra is ideal for low-impact exercise such as yoga or Pilates. It’s low-cut design complements delicate double straps and is seamlessly crafted from sweat-wicking fabric.
Urdhva Reversible Yoga Leggings (£85) in toucan blue / black
These reversible high-performance yoga leggings are wearable blue or black side out, with punched mesh panels and cool contrast cuffs defining both looks. The leggings look stylish but don’t compromise on technical performance. Crafted in high-stretch fully opaque fabric, the Urdhva leggings support every asana and ensure complete coverage from Downward Dog to Savasana. The high waistband with scooped stylelines flatters the silhouette and creates a beautiful feminine shape.
These pieces are the tip of the Sweaty Betty iceberg, the rest of the collection is just as beautiful and functional. From their Sports Luxe collection, to their gorgeously feminine tennis collection (think traditional whites meet Brazilian florals), which you’ll want to wear even if you aren’t hitting a ball around a court!
