Life, health, happiness, yoga, style, travel, sunshine and endless possibilities…
Bone broth is the latest superfood to catch my attention, and bone & broth is leading the campaign for Londoners to nourish their body’s from the inside out.
The team at bone & broth create slow food using organic beef bones and organic chicken from environmentally responsible farms in England. Their bone broth is made from 12 to 24 hours of slow cooking, using traditional recipes with elements of fusion from East Asia where broth have restorative and curative purposes. Bone & broth also have a unique vegetarian broth made from seaweed and herbs giving it particular health benefits.
Broth has been made for centuries as a comfort food but also to heal the body. Each cup of broth is full of collagen, gelatin, amino acids and minerals that contribute to healthier living.
So what does it taste like?…. Surprisingly good! The chicken and vegetable broths were my favourite, the chicken one reminding me of a simple chicken soup and the vegetable one being almost like a tea – both were very filling. The beef broth, while still nice, is a little too strong for me.
Check out the bone & broth website for more information on their broths, pop-up locations around London and broth cleanses.
