Life, health, happiness, yoga, style, travel, sunshine and endless possibilities…
It’s almost the end of January and for Londoners who need a Winter fitness motivation boost, Sweaty Betty is set to transform bodies through its ‘Get Fit 4 Free’ campaign with its bespoke fusion workout, FlyFlexFlow.
Every Tuesday until 17 February 2015, Sweaty Betty is inviting Londoners to join its ‘Get Fit 4 Free‘ campaign. Teaming up with key influencers within fitness and nutrition, it’s the ultimate New Year fit-kick with three weeks of workouts designed to make you sweat, increase your strength and stretch you out from head to toe.
Created exclusively for Sweaty Betty by personal trainer & Ambassador Annie Foulds and renowned yogi Jo Arthur, the FlyFlexFlow challenge comprises run intervals, full-body conditioning and a rejuvenating Savasana to deliver a supercharged workout in under an hour. I took the FlyFlexFlow challenge myself and I can assert it’s a lot of fun and certainly not for the faint hearted! There will also be in-store classes, as well as, online videos enabling you to practice anywhere and exclusive recipes by nutrition partner Honestly Healthy. With all this and more, Sweaty Betty will challenge both your body and mind; inspiring and empowering you to be the best version of yourself.
In addition to this, Sweaty Betty’s new Spring/Summer 2015 collection is called Social Butterfly and inspired by the power of transformation, which couldn’t be a more fitting theme! So leave any festive fitness lapses in the past and take in the campaign which promises to inspire you for the whole of 2015.
