Life, health, happiness, yoga, style, travel, sunshine and endless possibilities…
Anyone who knows me knows that yoga is a big part of my life, it relaxes and grounds me. I have been practising for more than ten years and have tried so many different yoga-wear brands along the way. One label that I keep coming back to is Asquith London, by British designer Alice Asquith, which I first discovered back in 2007.
Asquith London design clothes for healthy and active women, who care for the environment, lead a full life, want to look good and be comfortable. The Asquith London range is designed especially for yoga and Pilates, but is really versatile and also works with my daily lifestyle – running around London, meeting friends, travel, holidays and relaxing at home. The collection offers coordinating pieces in contrasting soft tones with flattering styling so I can create my own individual ‘look’.
Furthermore, Asquith London allows me to buy ethically without sacrificing on quality, style or design. They use only the softest jersey fabrics that won’t shrink, fade, bobble or stretch, so that the pieces can be loved, worn and treasured over time.
Last week I was in Maine, USA and the weather was warm and sunny – perfect for a spot of outdoor yoga! In my photos, I’m wearing Asquith London Black Capri Pants (£45) made from organic cotton and Asquith London Navy Bamboo Cami (£42) made from Bamboo, which is durable, super absorbent, naturally antibacterial, let’s my skin breathe and is grown without pesticides. Both items are delicately embellished with a discreet row of Swarovski crystals, the Asquith London signature – simply beautiful!
I really cannot live without my Asquith London items, they are absolute staples in my wardrobe. The best part is that if for some reason I need to replace items, alongside Asquith London’s bi-annual collections, they also keep their ‘bestsellers’ in stock and roll these styles on, season after season, due to their popularity.
