Life, health, happiness, yoga, style, travel, sunshine and endless possibilities…
I cannot get enough of the new spin phenomenon, Psycle (see my previous post on Psycle here). The full body workout is changing the way Londoners sweat. Psycle uses fun music, the best instructors and inspiring design to put people in a positive frame of mind for exercise.
Here’s why I love Psycle:
Psycle knows warming up is important to shift blood from your organs into your muscles, but it’s also important to shift your state of mind to help get the most out of your workout. Psycle uses music, light and a bit of theatrics to help shift you mentally, transporting you away from the stresses of a busy day.
There are five training zones, in each zone your body is pushed further and further. Psycle takes you through all five, allowing for recovery between each so you maximize your workout without boring reps, or that nasty lactic acid burn.
Psycle believes that your state of mind plays a large part in how often and how well you work out. So they disguise an elite level, full body workout with fun, music and dance.
BALLET ON A BIKE
Not plies and pirouettes, but simply moves designed specifically for their strength and conditioning qualities. Psycle classes are structured in a way that means you progress with every visit.
